The collaboration marks a major step in realizing Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 housing goals, with more than 24,000 new residential units now under construction, valued at over 8 billion Saudi Riyals ($2.1bn USD), as part of a broader initiative to deliver 100,000 homes by 2030. These developments will enhance housing supply and support balanced, high-quality real estate growth across the Kingdom.
