Regarding the Termination of Cooperation with FOMI GROUP (Russia)
To all valued customers and partners,
It has recently come to our attention that FOMI GROUP (Russia) has been suspected of engaging in the sale of counterfeit products. This conduct constitutes a serious violation of the Exclusive Distribution Agreement for Moscow and Saint Petersburg signed between both parties. Despite multiple written demands for rectification, no substantive improvement has been observed.
In light of the aforementioned circumstances, we hereby formally announce that we have terminated our cooperative relationship with FOMI GROUP in accordance with the contractual provisions.
As the legitimate rights holder of the PHOMI brand, we solemnly declare that we reserve the right to pursue legal action against any unauthorized use of the PHOMI trademark, logo, and related intellectual property rights.
We extend our sincere gratitude to our customers and partners for their continued trust and support of the PHOMI brand. For the procurement of genuine PHOMI products, please contact our authorized distributors or reach out to us directly for information on legitimate distribution channels.
